Changing the company’s address, Board of Directors, Articles of Incorporation and increase of capital

In case there arises a need to change the data on a commercial undertaking (private or public limited company) or a non-profit undertaking entered into the register, we can offer you services concerning the registration of changes in the Commercial Register.

These services include the preparation of documents required for entering the changes, making an appointment with the notary, presence at the notary’s procedures, submission of the required documents to the Commercial Register or the Register of Non-Commercial Undertakings and Foundations.

We can render assistance in the execution of the following changes: 

• changing of the address;
• changing of the name;
• changing of the composition of the management or supervisory board;
• increase (decrease) of the capital.

Registration of the above-mentioned changes in the Commercial Code is obligatory.

It is important to know that in case a member of the supervisory board or the auditor is substituted, the management board shall submit in the Commercial Register the data on the new members of the governing body or the auditor within 5 days.

Failure in fulfilling this obligation shall be severely punished.
