All paperwork can be done remotely or in Estonia, no need to go to Finland.

 

Price of ready-made company starting from 1600 €, which includes:

– company registered in Finnish business registry;
– state fees for changing board members and legal address;
– registration for VAT number + other registries (if needed);
– full preparation of documentation and submitting to Finnish registry
 

 

Company is registered in the business registry (kaupparekisteri), no previous economic activity. The share capital 2500 € paid in. A state transfer tax 1.6% is added to the price and in case company name change is needed cost +380 €.
